Welcome Wagon

These cards were made for new members that joined one of the groups I'm in. We call it "Welcome Wagon". There's I think 4 of us and once we get their addresses make them welcome cards. It's a lot of fun and I know the new members enjoy it.

These were done for another summer theme swap I did.

Fan Card

This fan card was created for one of the swaps I did. I used Japanese washi paper for the flowered paper. The pink paper has flowers in it also but they're hard to see. The girl is holding a fan in her hands. Then I added a ribbon and beads. I mounted the fan on to black cardstock that I streaked with Perfect Pearls.

Can't believe it's been so long since I've posted!! As they say life got in the way. Between going to the beach (Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head, SC) then playing catch up at home, I couldn't believe I was able to get anything done. Then it was time to get boys ready for school. One went into the 10th grade and one got moved out to start college. Hard to believe.

Anyway, July's swap was for a beach or summer theme. Here are the ones that I made for this. By the way, we really enjoyed our vacation. I especially liked Hilton Head. We even rented bikes to get around on. Haven't been on one of those since I don't know when!...lol...!

Our August ATC swap was themed "Fall or Garden". Fall is one of my favorite times of years. I just love the vibrant colors.
